4160 Engine Hotfix 1 for Windows 95/98/ME

Over the last few months, McAfee has been aware of stability problems with the On-Access scanning engine running on Windows 95/98/ME platforms where the host machine is placed under significant stress causing the VxD subsystem to become unstable.

These problems include the following:

Blue screens (BSOD).
Excessive machine slowdown.
System clock time loss.
Jerky mouse cursor movement.
"Stuttering" sound cards.
